Our passion of meeting and connecting with people has been nurturing since we've attended our very first event.


During those years we've met with thousands of people, we've worked on dozens of events, including transforming a conference of a hundred attendees into one of the biggest gatherings of EXPO format in the region. 

We've realized, that, as human beings, it is in our nature to talk, to share our experiences, and to help each other, which we always encourage during our events, and we see the magic works. But this connection doesn’t last for long, as we all go back to our own worlds, until the next event.

At Connectiva, we aim to sustain this magic throughout the years across our platforms, where people with same interests come together as a community, to work towards same goals.

Meet the Team


Kristina Polikhronidi

With over 7 years of business events management experience, Kristina uses her trademark skills of creativity, flexibility and thinking outside-the-box to enhance innovation in the industries she works in.


After graduating from the University of Hospitality Business & Event Management, Kristina started her professional career as event organiser on junior project manager position. Good at wearing multiple hats, Kristina is adept at responding quickly to changing circumstances, always maintaining an upbeat, can-do attitude, which helped her to grow to a Project Director position within the short 5 years, including combining 3 different roles for 2 years, simultaneously.


During her career, Kristina has successfully created, managed and led 68 projects, including the biggest financial forum of EXPO format in the region; she has travelled to 28 countries and met over 2000 brightest minds from multiple industries, from every corner of our planet, which she considers as events that have enriched her life.


Mohamad Azmat

Growing up on Mauritius island and then moving to Prague at a considerably young age, Mohamad has quickly realized the importance of communication and networking, which then developed into a passion of meeting new people.

Mohamad started his professional career in events industry as a sales executive, responsible for delegates onboarding, and grew to become a Sponsorship Manager, creating a whole new department. Mohamad and his team were responsible for recruiting sponsors, which is a more complex approach in sales, as it involves talking to several people from different departments, and together they have been consistently achieving record sales targets.


With over 5 years of corporate sales and business development experience, Mohamad has worked on over 40 events, spoken to over 5,000 people from all around the world, and built successful long-term relationships with over 300 companies. Mohamad continuously strives for improvement, and by understanding customers’ core needs - builds relationships that provide mutual value.


Petr Tsoy

Project Manager

Petr is an experienced and committed event manager and conference producer with a demonstrated history of corporate events in both EU and APAC regions. Petr is skilled in deep market research, event logistics, agenda and content creation, and on-site event management. When working on an event, Petr is focused on creating a unique experience and bringing value to all participants prior to, during, and after the event.


He started his career in the events industry by organizing parties in 2015. In 2018, he transitioned into the corporate events scene with an insurance forum with over 150 delegates. In 2021, with over 10 conferences behind, he established himself in the EU corporate events scene as a prominent and well-organized professional with a wide range of skills, attention to detail, and professionalism.
